At s.a.m health, an initial telephone consultation is included as standard. Trained counsellors from our partner checkpoints answer all your questions about STIs, sexual health and home sample collection.

Our partner checkpoints are located across Germany. When registering, choose the one closest to you — so you have the option of an in-person consultation if you need it. If there is no checkpoint in your region yet, simply select the nearest one.

Beyond s.a.m health: Additional Services

Our partner checkpoints offer comprehensive services beyond your s.a.m health STI home test consultation. These include additional testing options, ongoing sexual health support, and specialized counseling services. All s.a.m health users are welcome at any partner location, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or identity.

Ongoing Support: Current s.a.m health users can contact their chosen partner checkpoint directly with any questions about test results or sexual health concerns.

What to Expect from Your Checkpoint:

All consultations are strictly confidential and led by medically trained counsellors who will support you without judgement. You receive personalised guidance based on your situation, including local referrals and follow-up care if your result is positive. Your personal information and test results remain protected to the same standard as medical facilities.
