The easiest way to do a vaginal smear test is to squat. If you are not sure, it is best to use a hand mirror so that you can see how deep you are inserting the cotton bud.

5. Urine sample

The urine test is very simple. It’s best to make them first thing in the morning before breakfast. This is when the urine is most concentrated. This is due to the fact that the body goes a long time overnight without drinking any fluids.
