Everything is new in July!

From July 1, 2025, s.a.m health will have a completely new concept and design. We would like to inform you below about the main changes and what you need to bear in mind if you still have a test kit at home or would like to order one in the next few weeks.

Confirm your email address

Please send us your current e-mail address before June 15 so that we can compare it with the e-mail address stored in our system and update it if necessary.

Send in your test kit

With the relaunch of s.a.m health, we will also be changing the laboratory and redesigning the test kits. Our partner laboratory will continue to evaluate incoming samples until June 15 so that results can still be communicated on June 16, 2025. Samples received by the laboratory after this date can no longer be analyzed, as we are already in the system changeover phase. So if you still need results before June 15, please take your samples in good time and send them in or order a test kit quickly. You can tell whether you can still use your test kit by the expiration dates on the tubes in the test kit. The microtainer for blood (tube with yellow cap) is always the first to expire.

What will change for you as of July 1, 2025?

Your own account

From July 1, we will have a completely new software solution and offer you your own account. Here you can place and view orders and track shipments. Yes, we will be able to send you our test kits with shipment tracking in the future 🎉

More test kit variants

s.a.m health will now offer three test kit variants. The usual test kit with all components for testing for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea and two “small” test kits for HIV and syphilis or chlamydia and gonorrhea. You can order a test kit according to your personal needs in the future.
However, we recommend that you check your complete status at least once a year. For example, if you have only ever ordered a chlamydia & gonorrhea test kit for 12 months, it is sufficient to order the HIV & syphilis test kit once.

No more automatic debiting

By selecting the three test kits, our previous system of automatically debiting and sending the test kit is no longer necessary. Even though this was a very convenient offer for many people, it also caused many challenges and errors. As part of the relaunch, we have therefore decided to do away with this offer in future and always give you the choice of which test kit is right for you.

Login to your account as of July 1, 2025

An account will automatically be created for you after the system changeover. To activate it, go to the login and click on “Forgot password” and enter your e-mail address. Our system will then send you an email with a reset link for a password. Create a password and then you will have direct access to your account and previous orders. You can place orders or change your address details here at any time.

No more text message contact

From June 20, 2025, the previous service number for SMS contact will be deactivated. In future, you will be able to reach us conveniently by email at sam@dah.aidshilfe.de or by phone on 030 / 69 00 87 -91.
